About Us
Founded in 2021 We for Us Foundation is a community-driven non-profit organization dedicated to supporting less privileged children and disadvantaged women in villages around area25 Lilongwe We aim to create lasting change by providing educational resources, entrepreneurship training, and opportunities for personal growth. Our founder, Bertha Daimon Kadammanja started this initiative after witnessing the challenges faced by children from low-income families during her time as a primary school teacher
Educational Support
We provide essential learning materials such as books, uniforms, and exam fees to help less privileged children continue their education. We also run after-school clubs to keep students engaged and reduce dropout rates.
Training
Entrepreneurship and Skills Training for Women We offer vocational training in areas like makeup artistry, craft making, and other entrepreneurial skills to empower disadvantaged women and young mothers. These skills help them achieve financial independence and better support their families.
Mentorship
Mentorship and Youth Leadership Development We nurture future leaders by organizing youth mentorship programs that encourage leadership, community service, and personal development. Through these programs, we aim to inspire young people to be active participants in improving their communities.
About Us
The foundation is managed by a dedicated team of volunteers, led by Bertha Daimon Kadammanja as the founder and executive director. Our operations include program coordinators for education, women's empowerment, and youth mentorship, alongside community liaisons and volunteers who help implement our initiatives.

Achievements
In the Year 2021
Established support for over 100 children in primary schools by providing learning materials, school fees, and uniforms.
In the Year 2022
Launched the women’s entrepreneurship program, training over 50 young mothers in art and business skills.
In the Year 2023
Organized a successful community outreach event, distributing school supplies to 200 children in collaboration with local partners
In the Year 2024
Introduced school clubs to help students share ideas, foster peer support, and reduce school dropout rates
